LEAD FIELD SALES PERSON - Basic £40,000 OTE £60/65K - Manchester

Our client is an extremely well-known service provider, the market leader in their field, with sites across the UK. The company has recently undergone a period of change, significantly increasing it's turnover and distribution over the past year and, with a clear strategy in place for growth. They are now seeking a Lead Field Sales person to join their Manchester based team.

Package:£40K basic OTE £60-65K plus benefits

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business within a given territory through a mix of lead generation including self-generated leads. You will be required to "cold call" both by telephone and in person, arranging meetings and closing business. The sales process is fairly transactional and requires an individual able to present comfortably to a wide audience from SMEs to large blue chips.

Profile: A strong background in B2B business development
Worked within a field sales environment.

Passionate about meeting and exceeding your targets.

The position responsibilities will include,Identifying potential business leads. Cold-calling both via telephone and in person. Meeting clients, presenting and closing business. Support of one other field sales person within the area.
