Requirements:

Must have some good ABAP experience combined with the BW

They have a lot of custom code in the pipeline specific to their particular industry

From ABAP perspective, should be able to navigate tables, know where to pick data from, stage data, how to manage data

Certain projects they need to stage the data and then bring it over to BW

Wants prior experience with ABAP, or concurrent ABAP with BW

Manager is the only dedicated BW resource; he has one K helping and two dedicated ABAP resources who are buried with other things

Needs someone with ability and willingness to jump in where needed

Prior ABAP experience or concurrent BW/ABAP experience NECESSARY (Navigate tables, know where to pick data, stage data, how to manage it)

Experienced in development of queries/reports from the SAP BI/BW environment using SAP tools such as Query Designer, Business Explorer (BEx) and Web Application Designer

To be able to create queries, report painter and drill down reports and ABAP query.

Experience developing web based reports HTML, JavaScript, SAP Web Development tools

Experience with third party reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Arc Plan or business Objects

Configure and support the SAP BI Reporting environment and broadcasting

Develop and validate reports, Experience with report validation methodologies and user acceptance testing

2 years with SAP Business Warehouse 3.5 or higher

Experience with BI 7.0 is a plus

Experience with BW data modeling and info cube design

Good analytical problem solving and communication skills

Design and develop data extracts from SAP and non-SAP systems.

Document new processes impacting BW and communicate changes to business Unit financial analysts

Bachelors Degree

Good business process skills with ERP to include FICO, SD, IM, PP

Good working knowledge of SAP BI back-end technology includes cube builds, data loads and error handling

Excellent understanding of SAP database structures and core functionality

Excellent hands on knowledge of developing queries using SAP BI front end tools

Work with business owners to define and analyze reporting and analytic requirements

Experience in working with a diverse and integrated team consisting of application developers, technical business users and business analysts is required
