KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

a) Equivalent Education Level Required

· Bachelors degree in related field (Masters preferred), and at least 7+ years working experience.



b) Experience Required

· Knowledge of user-centered design processes, interaction design approaches, Web and CRM design best practices and Web standards

· Creativity and the ability to work independently

· Dependability, organization & ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

· Entrepreneurial, creative, focused and driven

· Degree in human-computer interaction (HCI), architecture, behavioral sciences, or related field combined with training and/or experience in art and design

· Combination 5+ years of Web UI and software design/architecture experience.

· Strong wire frame and HTML skills. Experience using standard graphic software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator

· Ability to quickly familiarize with brand goals, integrate style into design, and deliver projects on time

· Ability to make quick decisions, as well as problem solve. Judgment skill to know when to defer to others

· Ability to be flexible, have a positive attitude, and work as part of a team to
make compromises that meet the needs of all parties

· Demonstrated ability to maintain a calm and professional relationship with
clients, coworkers, and management

· Committed desire to work in a fast-paced environment and excel under pressure



c) Other Knowledge Requirements

· Required expertise in navigation and information design flows, as well as implementing best practices in information architecture, Web usability and UI design. Creative design work is a plus but functional methodologies are paramount.
