The individual will install, troubleshoot, and repair microcomputer and communication equipment, assist in the administration of the PC network and staff the help line for microcomputer-related hardware and software problems.

Qualifications include an associate’s degree in computer technology, or the like, working knowledge of PC software and computer equipment, and excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Operating Systems - Windows 95/98/2000/XP
Communication/Networking - TCP/IP Ethernet
