Maximize store volume through store managers (Sales and Profit) in accordance with all store and company goals, policies, and procedures Ensuring your district is maintaining Customer Service. The Customer Service level must be achieved by your personnel and your Managers. Maintain effective and professional channels of communication by giving and receiving information through the store and the company. Support at all times the best interest of Drug Store, Lead by example, being the role model in all aspects and functions of the business, including but not limited to personal conduct,and attendance Maintain professional, positive and enthusiastic work behavior conduct at all times Ability to recruit, interview, and hire to surround your locations with employees of the highest caliber in your area Maintain an orderly system for planning, following through and completion of tasks, which results in the achievement of your district Ability to understand the priorities and urgency of the business to achieve the goals of the company Implementing and following company policies, loss prevention(accuracy of paperwork) returns, markdowns, new hire store scheduling, terminations and warnings
Pharmacy experience a plus.
Conversational Spanish needed.
This position is located in Puerto Rico and does require a move to PR.
Must have operated 5+ stores.
