Job Description:
The SAP CRM Development Lead will be responsible for designing, planning and implementing CRM solutions with goal of quality, reusability and reducing TCO
The CRM Development Lead will also have to deliver the development of enhancement/extension solutions that will help fill gaps within a business process
The primary focus of this role will be within the CRM space
Further responsibilities include training, testing, defining operations, maintenance procedures and prototyping
Work with CoE Process teams to ensure Functional Specs meet the level of detail and clarity so that accurate and precise technical design documents can be created
Work with CoE Process teams to configure and proactively streamline and support CRM Middleware processes
Work with Developers to deliver high quality technical designs and development objects on time
Provide leadership and guidance to developers so that high-quality SAP CRM technical solutions are delivered that meets timeline expectations and cost objectives
Work closely with other technical teams (Infrastructure/Production Support/Basis) to ensure solutions are operational and performing as designed
Be involved at the architectural level to ensure best practices and standards are in place specifically around CRM Development
Write Technical Designs and Develop custom objects to help support project requirements
Requirements:
Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience that includes large scale project initiatives with 7 plus years around SAP implementation
Candidates should have project management experience delivering SAP Solutions
Candidate must have demonstrated leadership skills and capabilities in previous experience
Must understand full life cycle development through requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation and support
Candidate must be able to solve complex technical problems through research and technical analysis
Candidates should be proficient with the technical intricacies of SAP CRM. This includes proficiency in Easy Enhancement Workbench, CRM Middleware, IC Web, Web Dynpro
Must also have experience and familiarity with R/3 to ensure tight integration exists b/w systems related to CRM Middleware
Comprehensive knowledge of CRM and ECC Tables and function modules
Knowledge of integration points between SAP modules particularly ECC, CRM and BI
Candidate must have strong prior ABAP experience
Candidate should be able to identify opportunities for enhancements and make recommendations
Candidate should be able to identify produce clearly written, well organized documentation
Candidate must have excellent communication skills
Candidate must be well organized and have the ability to multitask
Candidate must have the ability to work collaboratively across project teams
Candidate must be able to quickly adapt to changes in timeline and priorities
Candidates should be proficient with the technical intricacies of SAP CRM. This includes proficiency in Easy Enhancement Workbench, CRM Middleware, IC Web, Web Dynpro
Candidates with experience working with SAP CRM 2007 (latest release) is a plus
Candidate must be able to work off-hours when required
