Requirement:

Must have at least 5+ years experience implementing the IS-U Device Management (DM) module

Detailed configuration experience and/or knowledge with Technical Device and Connection Data, Device Installation, Removal, and Replacement, Disconnections and Reconnections, Meter Reading, and Device Inspection required

Must be strong on analysis and executing functional/technical testing

At least 2 lifecycle implementation desired (business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support)

Experience with all phases of an implementation including business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support

Solid understanding of other areas of CCS including Billing, Customer Service (CS), and CIC

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Team Lead experience; will be supervising 8-10 on site consultants
