McGill AirFlow LLC is one of the country’s leading suppliers to contractors of commercial and industrial sheet metal ductwork with an extensive line of round, flat oval, and rectangular ductwork and related items such as acoustical products. We have facilities nationwide.

The Associate will direct the production activities in three sheet metal ductwork fabricating shops located in Grinnell, IA, Hillsboro, TX and Stockton, CA. That includes indirectly managing Production Associates, as well as a small salaried staff. Responsibilities also include scheduling, inventory control, shipping and maintenance, and analyzing problems and recommending improvements.

Qualifications include about four years of production management experience in a shop similar to McGill’s, bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or the like, knowledge of plant safety requirements including OSHA and EPA regulations, and the ability to travel more than 50% of the workdays.
