Requirements:

7+ to 10 years of experience

Management Experience Required – Yes

Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree

Willingness to Travel – Occasionally

We are looking for someone to manage some exciting new development initiatives for us using Agile Development practices.

This person must possess management skills with experience leading SaaS product implementations.

Our team uses a range of technologies such as Java, Ruby/Rails, C++, Oracle, and mySQL.

If hired soon you will be able to to take the product cradle to grave by helping to build the team, manage the release, manage the implementation and see it through initial deployment in Q1 2010.

5+ years software management experience

5+ years experience delivering externally facing projects

Experience managing teams ranging in size from 5-15 direct reports

Ideally experienced in managing a hybrid team of onshore and offshore development

Ideally experienced in agile development

Technical background in development or quality assurance
