Job Description:

We are looking for someone to lead and help architect an exciting new development initiative for us using Agile Development Practices.

This person must possess strong technical leadership skills with specific experience with SaaS product implementations.

Our team uses a range of technologies such as Java, Ruby/Rails, Oracle, and mySQL.

If hired soon you will be able to take the product cradle to grave by helping to define the architecture, implement the solution and see it through initial deployment in Q1 2010.


Requirements:

5+ years software leadership experience

5+ years experience delivering externally facing products

2+ years experience developing SaaS products

5+ years experience with web application development

Experience with SOA

Experience leading teams ranging in size from 5-15 engineers

Experienced with agile development practices

MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ENGLISH SKILLS; WRITTEN AND VERBAL
