Job Description:

Manage multiple, sometimes complex, application development and enhancement projects

Oversee teams of 7-10 or more on a regular basis

Familiar and experienced with a variety of development platforms

Plan and coordinate with customers, other development teams and with business areas and IS support areas

Make recommendations regarding hiring and retention of staff and assign, motivate, evaluate, train and counsel assigned staff

Coordinate system changes across multiple platforms, develop and execute comprehensive project plans, and negotiate project scope, deliverables, and schedule. Ensure that projects follow technical standards, documentation and implementation procedures

Provide direction to project technical staff for projects and production support

Manage teams of assigned analysts and consultants

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Ten years of experience in all phases of systems and application development
