Job Descripton:

This position is responsible for leading the Environmental Health and Safety and Recipe and Specification Management teams

The position holder will work to gain knowledge in the other streams of PLM like Quality management and Document Management etc

Focus areas also include working with the R&D, Regulatory, Master Data Management, Creative Services, and Product Portfolio Leadership teams to generate the ideas to streamline processes

Position holder will also manage the change to ensure that the client is world class in new product introductions and compliance with rules and regulations of the countries where it operates

Lead and manage the blueprinting workshops to design the business processes, configure the system with the help of external consultants, ensure that the clients standards are followed in the documentation, test the system, and support the users post go-live

Manage, Plan, Design, Schedule, Execute, Resource Mobilization and coordination of the efforts with other PLM streams, GBIS, and the business

Work as a change agent and streamline the business processes

Work with Consultant and Training Lead to develop Training Materials

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Management

About 10 years of total working experience including about 6 years of SAP Functional experience in the area of EH&S, PLM, MM, Distribution or Production Planning

It is preferred for candidate to have 3-4 years of experience working in IT department or in business role that worked closely with the IT department

Job holder should have good understanding of various government regulations in the area of Environment, Health and safety

Job holder should have good knowledge on SAP EH&S including Product Safety, MSDS Management, REACH and Waste Management

Knowledge of management practices and project management techniques

Some Working knowledge about Workflow, Net weaver, ALE, ABAP, BI, and Basis etc. would be an added advantage

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express embedded SAP best practices in simple business terms

Ability to learn new SAP modules quickly while having a holistic view

Strong perseverance abilities in the face of challenges and an ability to deal with conflicts constructively
