Job Description:

SAP Security Administrator will be responsible for supporting end users in a mixed suite of SAP ERP systems.

The qualified candidate will need to have experience in supporting security procedures in a regulatory environment.

He/She will be responsible for gathering information for new SAP user accounts or changes to existing user accounts for all regions.

This individual will also be responsible for working with the functional area and IT team managers on validations of all SAP systems security request.

Requirements:

8-10 years of SAP Security Experience

Individual must have worked in an ITAR / FDA regulatory environment

Candidate must be able access, recommend and implement proper security controls to comply with ITAR restrictions

Security Administration supporting SAP NetWeaver, CRM, ECC 6.0, BW, HCM, SCM, GTS

The individual must have experience working in an ITAR controlled environment, FDA validated system and knowledge of Sarbanes Compliancy controls

Highly self-motivated and directed

Strong attention to detail

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a complex environment

Highly developed knowledge of SAP security and authorization procedures

Strong experience with ITAR security restrictions in SAP or have worked in an ITAR controlled environment

SAP Security design and implementation experience

Strong security working knowledge and design experience with BW, CRM, SRM, SCM/APO and ECC 6.0 and GTS

Strong working knowledge on creations of Authorization groups

Understanding segregation of duty concerns with respect to application security implementations

Support SAP User Master Maintenance on all multiple systems and across varied clients

User creation, changes, inactivation and deletions via approved non-production and production request forms

Assigning positions to users approved by Management and team leads via non-production and production request forms

Creations and modifications of roles and positions for all systems and clients

General SAP technical assistance to support Security related activity where needed
