Job Description:

Looking for SAP Solution Specialists with a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience

The SAP Solution Specialist positions will report to the Project Manager and work as part of the deployment team will coordinate the activities of the industrialized deployment of the core solution and synchronize the projects of the Business Transformation Program

The Solution Specialist is a change agent and supports business Key Users during rollout of SAP, working on site during the whole project lifecycle

Provide and transfer functional and process knowledge of the latest SAP release

Assist key business users in defining any change in the current way of working to adapt to SAP, and in specifying any localization required

Provide ongoing training and knowledge transfer to the key users to enable them to become self-sufficient in the operation of the system and expert enough to train local end users

Provide support to the key users for other project activities, including:

• Localization detailed design

• Process documentation

• Data cleansing and migration

• User Acceptance Testing

• Localization of end user procedures

• End user training

• Cutover tasks at “go-live”.

• Post “go-live” support to end users


Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 3-5 plus years of related experience or equivalent education and experience

Must have at least 3 years as an SAP functional or business analyst experience

Experience in international SAP rollouts would be a plus

Must have functional knowledge and a good understanding of related business processes

Preferred candidates to have extensive knowledge of data structures in their area of competence

Must have ability to lead or participate to knowledge transfer sessions

Preferred candidates will have experienced in SAP R/3 or ECC 6.0

Planning, organizing, and controlling process to reach targets with tight timescales

Understand the interdependence between the core solution and business processes, and communicate it

Very dynamic and flexible

Good communicator, facilitator and team player

Customer oriented

Flexibility to travel to and be based full-time at local deployment site
