This role requires a bright and experienced leader; an innovative food service professional with experience in a casual dining environment. Key responsibilities include:
Full operation of 180 Subway units.
•Analyze sales trends and make recommendations for menu and menu replacement items
•Manage and develop all field food service staff
•Ensure all food service programs are tracked and monitored
•Negotiate vendor agreements for all food programs
•Implement branded food strategies in specific markets
•Identify geographic locations to sell specific food products
•Aggressively manage coffee and beverage programs
•Research food trends and benchmark successes of competitive c-stores
•Train operations management on food and fountain programs to ensure success
•Serve as resident expert on food safety
•Ensure the profitability of Food Service program
