Requirement:

-University degree or College diploma
-Fluent in English and Mandarin
-Have basic computer knowledge
-Have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
-Customer service or sales experience is an asset
- Female preferred


Duties and Responsibilities

-Answer telephone calls from existing and potential students and identify sales leads
-Provide customer service and assistance by responding to inquiries and complaints
-Arrange appointments and schedule meetings
-Help students to select courses and register
-General reception duties. Return calls as appropriate, usually per request.
-Staff Assistance: Research, typing, correspondence, faxes, and filing.
