McGill AirFlow LLC is one of the country’s leading suppliers to contractors of commercial and industrial sheet metal ductwork with an extensive line of round, flat oval, and rectangular ductwork and related items such as acoustical products. We have facilities nationwide.
The Associate will direct the production activities in a sheet metal ductwork fabricating shop located in Grinnell, IA. This includes indirectly managing Production Associates, as well as a small salaried staff. Responsibilities also include scheduling, inventory control, shipping and maintenance, and analyzing problems and recommending improvements.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with co-op or internship experience working in a manufacturing plant, knowledge of plant safety requirements including OSHA and EPA regulations, and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
The individual will train and live in Columbus, OH the first 8-12 months on the job. Some temporary housing assistance will be provided by the Company.
