Some DOT NET 3.5 Framework experience using the new 3.5 features (not just the same old stuff in a new platform)
Heavy experience writing Services
Heavy experience consuming Services
ASP (for web apps)
C#
Hibernate
SQL Server
XML

HIGHLY DESIREABLE:
LinQ to SQL
Medical insurance claims experience
Healthcare experience
