Job Title: Lead Siebel Developers
Location: El Segundo, CA - 90245
Duration: 4 Plus Months Contract
Start: ASAP

MUST HAVE:
· 7+ years of experience in IT development
· 7+ years of experience as Siebel developer/technical lead in large scale Siebel CRM implementations
· Extensive hands-on development experience in Siebel Call Center and Siebel Field Service applications
· 7+ years of development experience in:
o Siebel Tools configuration
o Workflow processes (absolutely required)
o Business services
o WebServices (absolutely required)
o eScript
· Expert level proficiency in Siebel Architecture and Data Model
· High level proficiency in:
o SQL
o PL/SQL
o Oracle RDBMS
· A clear project and process improvement orientation with experience in delivering solutions under very tight timelines - Experience in coordinating with teams within a matrix IT organization
· Strong teaming and time management skills
· A leader, detail oriented, quick study, and self-motivated
· Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
· Previous consulting experience with large consulting firm is preferred
· Siebel certification is preferred
· An undergraduate degree in computer science or related field is required

DUTIES:
· Perform troubleshooting and production support.
· Assume other projects/assignments as directed by management.
· Demonstrate strong understanding of development processes and methodologies.
· Have ability to multitask within an environment of rapidly changing priorities.
· Have ability to present and demonstrate technical solution to large audience.
· Be able to work independently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
· Proactively solve problems and be a team player.
· Responsible for configuring Siebel application to support business requirements and design specifications.
· Responsible for supporting application implementation through design reviews, development, code reviews, quality assurance testing, deployment and support
· Responsible for ensuring that design, development and implementation are consistent across multiple projects and adhere to application's technical standards.
· Responsible for ensuring and developing best practices to improve quality of deliverables and efficiency of development process.
· Responsible for ensuring development artifacts follow established standards, processes, application guidelines and technical architecture.
· Ensure that issues and risks are identified, understood and dealt with in a manner that mitigates risk to quality, timeline, and scope.
· Have experience in developing CRM solutions in communications or media industry.
· Be willing to work occasional extended hours.
