Job Title: SAP Process/Configuration Specialist
Location: Tucson, AZ - 85702
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Start: ASAP

MUST HAVE:
· BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
· Five or more years of demonstrated ability in the design, configuration, testing, and support of Production with Shop Floor Control
· Demonstrated experience performing multiple tasks against schedule
· Demonstrated experience working within a defined set of standards and practices and an established promote-to-production process
· Demonstrated ability leading team members to define requirements for, and perform testing of, R/3 End-User authorizations
· Demonstrated experience with one or more SAP R/3 implementations, one or more SAP R/3 upgrade migration projects, R/3 versions 4.7, 5.0, 6.0
· Experience with CRM, SRM, and GTS version 7.1 is a plus
· Demonstrated customer service skills
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong team relationships with remote partners and customers
· Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Access and Visio and a working familiarity with MS Project to create and maintain project plans as directed
· Strong communication skills (written and oral), demonstrated

DUTIES:
· All selected responsibilities associated with SAP Process/Configuration Specialist
· Lead efforts to analyze, translate, and understand detailed business process requirements
· Coordinate closely with system developers to translate the functional specification into technical specifications to provide workable SAP functionality to support business processes
· Perform and test R/3 customizing/configuration to address new business requirements and functionality as identified
· Provide user support including issue resolution, documentation, quick reference guides, and training
