Job Title: Foxtrot or ProTerm Developers
Location: Milwaukee, WI.
Duration: 4-6 Months Contract
Start: ASAP

MUST HAVE:
· 3-4 years experience in one of the following scripting applications:
o Foxtrot
o ProTerm
· IT project experience in the Banking domain
· Experience in banking system migrations preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently other team members and management
· Fair understanding of:
o Mainframes
o Databases
o Software Development Methodologies
· Proficiency with:
o SDLC
o Extreme Programming
o Agile processes
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field

DUTIES:
· Perform a variety of programming assignments requiring knowledge of established programming procedures and data processing requirements.
· Maintain, modify, and test programs.
· Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the abovementioned software applications.
· Understand Business Requirements and write new program code using prescribed specifications.
· Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor.
· Confer with users or testers to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs.
· Resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls.
· Write and maintain technical documentation including systems design documents.
· Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
