Job Title: TIBCO Business Process Modeler
Location: Portland, ME.
Duration: 3+ Months

MUST HAVE:
· Experience with business process modeling and related tools
· Experience in business process design techniques to design both future and current processes and workflows
· Ability to draw and deliver organized and logically represented process diagrams
· Fluent in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
· Collaboration and teamwork
· Effective negotiation and facilitation skills
· Iterative Project Management and SDLC using Use Cases Organizational and time management
· Initiative and ability to work independently
· Service Oriented Architecture

Nice to Have:
· Experience with Tibco iProcess Suite
· XSL Data Modeling
· Understanding of Application Integration Techniques

DUTIES:
· Facilitate the business process modeling activities for project teams of business and IT including leading scheduled modeling sessions when needed
· Validate and capture information required to model the business
· Enhance the initial model with implementation details so that it can execute in the Tibco iProcess engine
· Manage and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with customers and teammates
· Maintain and adhere to modeling standards and guidelines
