Job Title: Business Process Analyst II

Job Description:
• Acts as a liaison between all Aflac divisions and the Field Force Services, Sales Division by opening and maintaining lines of communication to monitor and improve satisfaction; provides a single point of contact for the business units; recommends quality/service enhancements, participates in the Continuous Analysis and Resolution System (CARS) program to facilitate training, analysis, application, and implementation of initiatives.
• Leads the CARS management team meetings to drive activities to closure and to communicate decisions made by the CARS project board; presents on behalf of the PMO to the executive project board on a monthly basis and to other corporate executives on a periodic basis; remains responsible for the administration of the CARS Aflac Bright Ideas and CARS Quality Circle programs.
• Supports the project leader/manager in successfully implementing and delivering divisional and/or strategic projects.
• Performs administrative duties, including but not limited to assisting with and/or developing documentation of project deliverables such as project charter, project planning document, impact statements, business requirements, communication plan, risk mitigation plan, quality plan, cost/benefit requirements and interface specifications, issues/concerns log, project certification log, project checklist, use-case scenario specifications, etc.
• May act as a project leader/coordinator on projects of medium scope and moderate to high complexity; produces/originates imaginative or innovative solutions regularly to improve service; initiatives normally impact the division, department, and/or business unit; participates in Root Cause Analysis sessions, acting as a documentor, facilitator, or subject-matter expert.
• Conducts interviews and performs analyses to create business cases for projects; conducts preliminary investigations for project requests; reviews requirements, specifications, tests, support, and training plans to ensure that they are in line with business objectives.
• Participates in divisional efforts to collect and analyze metrics and continually improve processes owned by the group; participates in root cause analyses to recommend quality/service enhancements or other appropriate actions to improve productivity for the business units; uses knowledge of processes and their relevance to project development that will effectively address the customers’ needs in a timely manner; analyzes process flows and identifies process bottlenecks

• Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills to effectively interact and negotiate with internal/external customers, and all levels of management; ability to maintain professionalism.
