Job Title: Test Engineer
Location: Fullerton, CA
Duration: 3 Months

MUST HAVE:
· 4+ years of performance testing experience.
· Advanced knowledge of LoadRunner or comparable tool

A solid technical background, including:
· Strong Database
· Server
· Operating System
· Network Skills

Prior experience testing within the following platforms:
· Oracle
· Java
· WebLogic

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
· Experience with a range of performance testing tools, including LoadRunner
· Experience with open-source testing technologies
· Experience testing high-volume, customer-facing, enterprise-level solutions

DUTIES:
· Create performance test plans, scripts and executes performance test scenarios.
· Analyze business and functional requirements! to ensure requirements are clear and testable.
· Develop test plans, prepare test environment, test scenarios, data and test scripts.
· Develop and maintain scalable, reusable performance test scripts using HP LoadRunner or comparable tool.
· Simulate thousands of concurrent users for load scenarios to determine response times and bottlenecks.
· Monitor resources and collect metrics during the tests in order to determine the impact of load/stress testing on the infrastructure.
· Support and participate in performance tuning with the technology team.
· End-to-end management of assigned projects.
· You will identify defects, assess root cause, and prepare detailed information for developers and business stakeholders.
