Job Title: Peoplesoft HR Technical
Location: ST. Louis, MO
Duration: 6 Months
MUST HAVE:
· Minimum 5 years of PeopleSoft Development experience in v8.9 or 9.0.
· Minimum 5 years of PeopleSoft Development experience using Tools 8.48 or above.
· Strong understanding and grasp of PeopleTools.
· Excellent understanding and experience in latest PeopleSoft technology and tools including Component Interface, Integration brokers etc.
· Advanced SQL knowledge.
· Experience in Compensation Module desirable.
· Excellent communication, facilitation, collaboration, customer handling skills.
DUTIES:
· From a technical perspective, understands and analyzes business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends technical solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
· Develops, writes and communicates technical requirements & design between functional team and offshore development team.
· Coordinates specifications, designs logic, development, customization process, tests, debugs, and documents.
· Ensures that team adheres to development & testing standards.
· PeopleSoft development environment experience and knowledge in PeopleSoft tools.
· Consults with users and stakeholders to ensure that requirements are met.
· Enforces change management policies.
· Familiar with software development lifecycle and configuration management Skill Description.
