Experience:
• 2-3 years Responsibilities Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, optimization and maintenance of Cisco IP Telephony.
• Deployment and support of IP Telephony infrastructure and applications, which include Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity/Unity Connections messaging and Cisco IPT end-points.
• Participate as part of team responsible for project planning and upgrades to network infrastructure and IP Telephony systems.
• Maintain and update Cisco IPT support documentation.
• Audit telephony systems for security and standards compliance.
• Provide user support and communicate with vendor support personnel.
• Travel occasionally required supporting a variety of corporate locations including international destinations.
