• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, artists and project managers alike, bothin meetings and in writing
• Understanding of requirements-based testing and software development life cycles
• Current knowledge of QA methods and processes
• Ability to manage phased testing
• Knowledge of such testing concepts as comparison, usability, boundary, data validation,etc.
• Ability to oversee automated test script organization and maintenance
• Motivation and time management skills
• Strong technical abilities
• Passion for new technologies and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment. Things change often atJellyvision, and usually under the pressure of major production milestones. Therefore, it’s imperative that you’re able to juggle multiple tasks, track changes, AND maintain attentionto detail, while inside the pressure cooker.

• Innovative – comfortable venturing, unguided, into unknown territory. All of ourdevelopment is centered around our proprietary authoring environment, which will requiresome fast ramp-up, and all of our applications push the boundaries of what Flash issupposed to be able to do.
• Flexible and resourceful – each project entails a different partner, different scoperequirements and unique protocols.
• Team-Oriented, as you’ll be working closely with our talented group of Flash experienceengineers, directors, and project managers
• Organized with great attention to detail
• Fast & efficient
